A wide choice of buses is within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

Attractive 2BR apartment situated in a more quaint and charming part of the historic Grassmarket area of the Edinburgh Old Town.
Space
Welcome to our home! The apartment, which looks towards the Castle, consists of a lovely bright double aspect living room/dining area. Perhaps, even more famous in the modern day, is the fact that the front living room and bedroom windows look onto the rear windows of the Elephant House cafe/bar where J K Rowling tucked herself into a corner and wrote the beginnings of - yes, that’s right - Harry Potter! You will see from the photos attached here that the apartment also has 2 bedrooms; the main double bedroom faces Candlemaker Row itself and is furnished with a very comfortable double bed and ample furnishings. The second bedroom, although it contains a full sized very comfortable double bed, is a compact size (ask for more detail if that is important to you). There is a recently fitted modern kitchen, fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer. The modern bathroom has an over-bath shower and the floors throughout the whole apartment are maple hardwood. Enjoy your stay! Please Note: The flat is right in the centre of town which is great, location-wise, but tons of noise is to be expected.

Internet connection - Superfast fiber (100 Mbps) - Great for business travellers. Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
