This stunning apartment is located on the 3rd floor via stairs (no lift) and close to various top attractions. Within walking distance, you can enjoy the location amenities such as supermarkets and plenty of restaurants with multiple cuisines in the surrounding areas. The spacious living room features a dining table, a double couch bed and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries, including a washing machine, should you need it. The bedrooms are a delightful space furnished with a heavenly king-sized bed and two single beds in the second room, with quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety. Enjoy your stay! Note: Please note that the washing machine in the property is not usable due to a leak, causing flooding issues. Thank you for your understanding.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

6 of us for a long weekend. Had a great time, an amazing location. Could do with extra towels and bedding however this was a perfect fringe weekend location for our group. TY
