It can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it ideal for couples and small families. Haymarket station is just an 18-mins walk, so guests will be able to explore the city with ease.


Welcome to my home! We are on the 4th floor via stairs - there is no lift. Located near Bruntsfield Links and The Meadows, this is the ideal place to stay for people who wish to explore Edinburgh. The living room features a smart TV and comfy sofas, where you can relax and watch your favourite shows after a long day of sightseeing. The area has a large window that lets in a lot of sunlight that brightens up the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook a delicious meal. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment available for your use. If you wish to dine in, there's a kitchen dining area that is big enough for four people, including an extendable kitchen table designed for more people than that. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed lined in hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up including fresh towels and free toiletries. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

NOTE: Please be aware that candles, tea lights and ethanol burners are not allowed in the flat. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
