Welcome to my apartment! This 72m2 modern and tastefully decorated apartment is close to various top attractions in Dublin, such as the Boland Mills, the Grand Canal and Merrion Square. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofabed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining area for three. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for cooking delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. One bedroom has UK king bed and the other is a UK double bed. Both beds are styled with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Enjoy your stay! This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner.
