The kitchenette is equipped, with a cooking plate, Oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage. There is a living area with a sofa where you can relax after a day in the city. The bedroom comes with a comfy bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay. The Apartment has one office that they can use for working, along with a comfortable chair Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €500 smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). When booking this rental, the following discounts will be applied: 10% for stays of 21 days; 20% for stays of 30 days.
