Located on the 24th floor, this one-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking to explore the main attractions of Dubai. This one-bedroom apartment is just a 5-minute drive from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Guests will find the apartment is well furnished and equipped to satisfy all essential needs and will have access to all the shared luxury facilities.
Space
My home is a one-bedroom unit offering a near-panoramic view of Downtown Dubai. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with built-in streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc.) to keep you entertained. The adjacent dining area has a large table that can accommodate six comfortably and be used as a work desk. Outside, there's a private balcony with a seating area where you can enjoy the stunning city views. The kitchen has all the essential appliances and cutleries to make a delicious meal. A washing machine is also available in the utility room if guests need to freshen up their clothes. The bedroom contains a large king-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a good night's rest, a make-up table and built-in wardrobes to store guests' belongings. The bathroom has all the basics, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.
