Welcome to my home! Designed with an open floor plan, the studio has high-end room amenities and acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The sleeping area contains a luxurious king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. There is also a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table big enough for two. The floor-to-ceiling windows lead onto a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy stunning city views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The studio has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Please note the building is going through some construction and maintenance during the day and can be challenging for those sensitive to loud sounds. Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). The swimming pool is under construction. Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.

The pictures match what I saw. The location is close to many Dubai landmarks. The check in & check out was very smooth. Overall, it a was nice stay & I really enjoyed my time in Dubai.
