Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sofa bed for extra guests, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable king bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. Step outside and relax on the balcony with seating furniture perfect for the lake views. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
