It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
