Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable King-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Skyline. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
