It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent sea view. There's a second balcony also furnished where you can relax. The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
