The living room is equipped with a comfortable sitting area with a sofa that is convertible into a single sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for 4. The kitchen is complete with all the mod-cons you need to make a hearty meal at home. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel-quality linens, to ensure you have a good night's sleep. On top of that, there is plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and drawers that you can make use of. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and we have also provided a hairdryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort and convenience! Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. We hope you have a fantastic stay!

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
