Welcome! This lovely 92m2 apartment is on the 11th floor, accessible by lift. The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, and essential cookware and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. The bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom, includes a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep and ample storage space. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries. An additional guest bathroom is available for your convenience. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality.
