Welcome to our home! Tastefully decorated and designed in various earthy and neutral tones, the entire home is prepared to provide guests with a pleasant stay. Sit back and relax in the bright living room featuring a plush sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The attached dining area has a dining table and a set of 4 chairs that you can sit at and eat your meals. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries including a stove, a microwave, and a fridge. So, feel free and cook up a storm! The bedroom comes with a comfy queen bed along with complimentary hotel-quality linens at your disposal. The private ensuite contains all the basic amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub with an attached shower head, a sink, and a toilet. Plus, fresh towels and free toiletries will be given for your convenience. Don’t forget to take a breather on the balcony in the evenings to enjoy the beautiful Dubai sunset.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
