Palm Jumeirah is 15 minutes away, the Mall of the Emirates is 20 minutes away, and the Dubai Marina Mall is 7 minutes away. This luxurious 55m2 apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift. The living room is furnished with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and unwind on the spacious terrace, complete with outdoor furniture making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining or enjoying your morning coffee. The open-plan kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfill any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
