Located on the 1st floor by lift, in a brand new building, this beautiful and tastefully decorated is close to various top attractions in Dubai, such as the Dubai Canal. For your convenience, there's a Carrefour shop located just downstairs, perfect for all your grocery needs. The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. The place is great, but I was shocked that I was on the first floor, the idea of the apartment on the tenth floor only. But at the time of stay there were works around the residence that disturbed you
