Welcome to my home! This chic 126m2 apartment is located on the 7th floor and is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomic options. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a dining table. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows leading onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the Burj Khalifa and partial Dubai fountain views. This space also has a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities, to whip up a delicious meal. The three bedrooms contain a luxurious king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. Lastly, the three bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
