Welcome to my home! This chic 126m2 apartment is located on the 7th floor and is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a dining table. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows leading onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the Burj Khalifa and partial Dubai fountain views. This space also has a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities, to whip up a delicious meal. The three bedrooms contain a luxurious king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. Lastly, the three bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
