The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. This lovely property boasts three well-appointed bedrooms, two featuring queen-size beds and one with a king-size bed. Access
Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool. We would like to inform you that there will be minor maintenance work taking place in the neighboring unit from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM until May 6th. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are doing our best to minimize the disruption. However, please be aware that you may experience some noise during these hours. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
