The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the pool view. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom features a plush king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, along with ample storage space. It also offers direct access to the balcony for added comfort and convenience. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
