The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. Through the bedroom, you will find access to the outdoor balcony, the perfect place to enjoy the stunning Dubai views! The first bedroom contains a King bed and the second a single bed. Please note that the second bedroom doesn't have windows. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. There's a powder room with a toilet and a sink. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Note: As the home is located in Downtown Dubai, connected to the Dubai Mall, some noise is to be expected and is outside our control.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
