There’s also a sitting area on the balcony should you wish to get some fresh air! The sleeping area is complete with a double bed, fresh linens, bed lamp, and wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, microwave, stove, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, shower head, toilet, and mirror, and complimentary toiletries and towels. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
