There's also a large smart TV that is perfect for watching all your favourite shows. A huge balcony spans the entire 2-bedroom apartment, serving as a gallery for the breathtaking full marina view. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has twin beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the swimming pool has been temporarily closed for maintenance and will remain closed until further notice. Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in apartment buildings or surrounding areas. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
