Situated on the 32nd floor with an elevator in a brand-new building, this modern and newly furnished 63m2 apartment is close to various top attractions in Dubai, such as Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah! The building is near Dubai Marina Harbour, a newly opened community by the beachside with a Yacht Area and many restaurants, including Barasti and nearby restaurants in Dubai Marina Walk. Additionally, there are restaurants in JBR the Walk, shops across Dubai Marina Harbour and a Carrefour grocery store. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a widescreen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views of the Palm. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to the pool, gym, BBQ area, and beach during your stay. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
