This brand-new unit on the 18th floor, tastefully decorated with a modern touch, offers a delightful 115m² space near Dubai's top attractions, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall! The apartment boasts an open floor plan adorned with new furnishings. The living room has a sofa, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. Step onto the private balcony with an outdoor dining and lounge area. To prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs. There are two magnificent bedrooms. One has a king-size bed, and the other has a queen bed. Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Both bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. Enjoy your stay!
