This lovely studio in the Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) district has all you will need for a pleasant stay. Accommodating up to 2 guests, it's ideal for couples, or business trips. Only a short walk to Marina Beach, Marina Walk, and a 15 mins drive to Downtown Dubai. P/S: From 29/5-15/7 between 9am-1pm and 3pm-5pm, there will be some noise from the neighbouring units' ongoing major maintenance work.

Newly furnished, this chic studio is close to various top attractions in Dubai and within walking distance; you can also enjoy the location amenities, including plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple cuisines. Just a few minutes away from the world-famous Montgomery Golf Course, the Marina Walk, and the Jumeirah Beach Residence public beach. This studio is designed with open living, dining, and sleeping areas. Featuring a king-size bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a sofa and a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy homemade meals and also comes with a washing machine, should you need it. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. NOTE: The swimming pool is closed for renovation, and there is no specific timeline for when it will be operational. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
