Additionally, it’s only 8 minutes from the Marina and a 30-minute drive to Dubai International Airport. The living room has a comfortable lounge area with a 3 seater sofa-bed and an armchair, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table seating 6. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and unwind on the balcony, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, and enjoy stunning views. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available for your laundry needs. The kitchen also boasts a comfortable breakfast counter seating three. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the Master bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
