Welcome to my home! The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining area. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and relax on the balcony with sitting furniture, perfect for enjoying the majestic views of the Marina. The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs. Both bedrooms contain a comfy king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the pool's closure has been extended until May 7th. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Enjoy your stay!

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
