It has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a comfortable Queen bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony. Step outside to the balcony with outdoor furniture and a Hot tub, where you can completely unwind—perfect for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments comes occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. The flat is beautifully designed. The gym is big with new equipment. The pool is beautiful, very large and gets sun most of the day. Would stay here again!
