Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children's play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. Cross one of the bridges to the Burj Khalifa Park in the cooler months and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner watching the dancing fountains. This brand-new unit on the 2nd floor, tastefully decorated with a modern touch, offers a delightful 182m² space near Dubai's top attractions, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall! The apartment boasts an open floor plan adorned with new furnishings. The living room has a sofa, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. Step onto the private balcony with an outdoor dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. There are two magnificent bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Both bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
