This brand-new unit on the 2nd floor, tastefully decorated with a modern touch, offers a delightful 182m² space near Dubai's top attractions, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall! The apartment boasts an open floor plan adorned with new furnishings. The living room has a sofa, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. Step onto the private balcony with an outdoor dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. There are two magnificent bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Both bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
