It is ideal for friends or families looking to stay near the main attractions. Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 train station is 6 minutes away, allowing guests to travel and explore the city easily.

Welcome to my home! This fantastic apartment comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a convertible sofabed, a large sofa and an armchair, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a private furnished balcony where you can enjoy the stunning city views! The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a heavenly king-sized bed, and the second room contains two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Access
Guests will have access to the entire home. Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access. Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. We stayed with 2 small kids for 2 weeks and everything was amazing. Great location. Spacious apartment with 3 bathrooms and everything needed. Around us there are 3 supermarkets in less than 5 minutes
