Welcome to my 85 m² apartment, located on the 21st floor in Courbevoie. Perfect for up to 6 guests, it features three bedrooms with single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and two functional bathrooms. Ideally located just an 8-minute walk from the metro, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay right at the gateway to Paris. This apartment is only available under a mobility lease.
Space
Welcome! The entrance door opens into a bright and elegantly decorated 85 m² apartment. The living room features very comfortable sofas and a large TV. The dining area has a spacious table that can accommodate up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The three bedrooms each have single beds (100 x 200 cm), carefully made up with high-quality hotel linens. The first bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. The second bathroom features a sink, mirror, and shower. The second toilet is a sanibroyeur, not a regular toilet, so they can't throw papers, tissue, etc. Otherwise, it may clog, and a penalty will be applied to declog it. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left is for you to enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
