The Henri IV, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the residence "Côté Chartres", in the heart of Chartres, is a superb 90 m² apartment with a chic and art deco style. Very spacious and bright, it has a unique view overlooking the cathedral and the Place des Epars and can accommodate up to 4 people. Freshly renovated with modern materials, it is fully equipped and will bring you an optimal comfort. The apartment consists of a very well equipped kitchen, a dining area and a spacious living room with a sofa and a television. A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, a large bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed.
