Our flat is ideal for congressmen, two couples or for a family. It is located close to many shops and only 10 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals on the Croisette!
Space
Welcome to Cannes! This flat has a large living room with a lounge equipped with a TV and a table for lunch and dinner, a kitchen open to the lounge which is fully equipped (oven, microwave, juicer, coffee machine, hob, dishwasher...). There are two bedrooms in the flat, both furnished with double beds and storage units for your belongings. One of the rooms is flexible and can be set up with either a double bed (180200) or two single beds (290), which can be separated as needed. One of the bedrooms also includes a television. For your comfort, each room is equipped with a fan, in addition to the air conditioning in the common area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washing machine, and a clothesline. You'll be staying in the heart of Cannes, with restaurants, bars, and shops just a few minutes walk away from the building. Moreover, the flat is conveniently located just behind the Cannes train station! Please note that you will be on the second and top floors, but there is no lift. Enjoy your stay.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
