The sleeping area, cleverly separated by elegant industrial-style sliding glass doors, is harmoniously decorated and equipped with a comfortable double bed and a television, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing. The modern fully equipped kitchenette is ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, this space includes a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob and other practical appliances to help you throughout your day. The apartment also features a dining area by the window, where you can enjoy your meals while making the most of the abundant natural light and the pleasant view over the city and the river. This property has a self check-in system with a key box (padlock), and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
