Overlooking the Garonne River, the contemporary Cité du Vin museum offers upscale dining and wine-related exhibits and events. The bunker-like WWII-era Submarine Base complex hosts art shows and eclectic concerts. There are 3 museums worth the visit (Cité du vin, Musée mer marine, Bassins des lumières). Gourmet hall with food shops (butcher's shop, cheese shop, bakery, pizza to go, tapas...). Carrefour at the end of the street. Our favorite restaurants in the area (Gina, Café maritime, Le 7 de la cité du vin, le familiar).

This beautiful 100m2 flat is very bright and consists of a duplex with three bedrooms, which can accommodate four adults, three children and a baby. Moreover, it has a balcony and a rooftop to enjoy the beautiful view. Finally, a parking space is provided for your vehicle.

Welcome! The large lounge of 42m2 features a comfy sofa and a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The area has a large window that leads onto the private rooftop terrace where you can lounge freely with your group. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal. There's also a washing machine, a dryer and ironing equipment. There are three bedrooms: the first and second are equipped with a queen bed. The third one has three single beds for children's use only. Baby equipment is conveniently available (cot, high chair, toilet seat, stroller, changing mat, potty). The two bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.
