The living area is thoughtfully arranged with cozy seating, making it the ideal space for winding down after a day of exploring. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—perfect for spending quality time together. The kitchen includes all the essentials for home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available for your convenience. The home features three welcoming bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a spacious master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and two additional single beds—ideal for families with children or larger groups. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. There are two well-appointed bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). ⚠️ IMPORTANT - HOUSE RULES: - Single sex groups are NOT permitted. This is a family property. - Parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited. - The property is located in a quiet local residential area.
