It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with its four bedrooms featuring double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located just 1 minute from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay at the doorstep of Paris.


Space

Welcome! Located in a building designed by the renowned architect Roland Castro, this 70 m² apartment perfectly combines modernity and comfort. Its smart layout and refined decor create a warm and elegant atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing stay at the gateway to Paris. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting living space designed for both style and functionality. The living room, featuring an ultra-comfortable sofa, a large TV, and a dining table, is perfect for enjoying quality time with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals: an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The kitchen opens onto a balcony with an open view of the city, adding a special touch to your stay. Upstairs, two bedrooms are fitted with double beds (140x200), while the other two feature queen-size beds (160x200). Each bed is carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens. Spacious wardrobes are also provided so you can store your belongings and feel at home. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet, ensuring a comfortable and private space. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone in the building, we kindly ask guests to remain discreet in shared areas, especially when arriving or departing. The building has delicate acoustics, so we ask that you keep noise to a minimum inside the apartment. No shouting, loud music, or gatherings. Please note that parties and events are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! All that’s left is for you to enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
