Welcome to my 62m² apartment on the 6th floor with a lift in Asnières-sur-Seine. It can comfortably accommodate four people with its two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. Ideally located minutes from the RER, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the suburbs of Paris!
Space
Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 62m² on the 6th floor (with elevator). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location to enjoy the calm of the suburbs while still being close to Paris. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a dining table that can accommodate four people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso), utensils, and dishes. You will also find a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises two carefully furnished bedrooms to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (double—140x200 and queen—160x200) are made with hotel-quality bed linen. Please note that the pillows are memory foam. Storage space is available for comfortable settling in. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a large mirror. The toilet is separate. The exterior offers a pleasant relaxation area, a terrace, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. The accommodation has Wi-Fi and a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All left to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
