This cozy house, located within a larger property, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, while sharing the outdoor areas with the main house — making it an excellent option for families or groups wishing to rent both spaces together and enjoy quality time side by side. Step into the inviting open-plan living area, where a modern sofa with soft accent pillows creates the perfect space to unwind. The dining area is ideal for relaxed meals, while the kitchenette, set against a charming brick accent wall, is equipped with essentials such as a microwave, coffee maker, and basic utensils for preparing light meals and snacks. The bedroom offers a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, featuring a large bed dressed with fresh linens and filled with natural light from the generous window. A stylish sliding barn door adds both character and practicality to the space. Outside, guests can enjoy the shared garden and outdoor area, perfect for slowing down and reconnecting with nature. Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, enjoy a barbecue with family or friends, or simply relax on the sun loungers surrounded by greenery. Guests have full access to the private house, the shared outdoor pool, and barbecue area within the main property. Enjoy the freedom to use all outdoor amenities at your leisure.

Other information
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
