Welcome to my home! This lovely 90m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants, offering plenty of dining options in the surrounding area. The living room is bright and welcoming, filled with natural sunlight. It features a comfortable sofa for relaxing, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. The first bedroom offers a homely double bed and a wardrobe, while the second has two single beds. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep. The bathroom includes all the essentials, such as towels and toiletries, for a comfortable stay. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each visit to guarantee a fresh and welcoming environment. Free street parking is available nearby, although spots may sometimes be limited. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
