The apartment enjoys a convenient location just a few minutes’ walk from Villejuif–Louis Aragon station. From there, Metro Line 7 provides direct access to the center of Paris, while Tram Line T7 offers a direct connection to Paris-Orly Airport. The location is also particularly convenient for travelers visiting the Gustave Roussy medical campus. The Villejuif–Gustave Roussy station on Metro Line 14 provides easy access to the institute, central Paris, and Orly Airport. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
