It is the perfect starting point for exploring the vibrant city of Porto and its attractions. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features an open-plan layout that invites socialising. The living area, characterised by its beautiful wooden flooring, is equipped with a sofa, television and a charming dining area with wicker chairs, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The modern kitchen is ideal for preparing your meals. In addition to pots and basic crockery, it is equipped with a hob, coffee machine, refrigerator and other essential appliances to assist you in your daily routine. Access to the inviting balcony is from the main space, allowing you to extend your leisure area outdoors. Furnished with two lounge chairs, it is the perfect retreat for your morning coffee al fresco or simply to relax while enjoying the fantastic natural light that fills the entire apartment. The bedroom is harmoniously decorated, equipped with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and a practical wardrobe so you can keep your belongings organised. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and access is exclusively via stairs — not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy applies with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
