This charming, air-conditioned and bright 25 m² loft studio features high ceilings and comes with a private parking space – a rare find in the city centre. The spacious living area features a queen-size sofa bed for a comfortable night’s sleep, as well as a fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, two-ring hob, set of knives and a range of kitchenware (traditional oven not included). A high-quality Smart TV is available for your leisure time. You’ll also have access to a large walk-in wardrobe with hangers, an ironing board, a drying rack and a washing machine, ensuring complete self-sufficiency during your stay. A table with two chairs allows you to enjoy your meals or work in comfort. The modern and functional bathroom features a shower, a vanity unit, a ventilation system, a mirror with LED lighting, and a toilet. Entry is via the sheltered inner courtyard, accessible from the building’s main entrance. Please note: there is no lift; access is via stairs to the 2nd floor. Parking: The property has a secure private car park and spaces reserved for bicycles.
