Fully renovated and insulated studio, 25 m², bright and quiet. Equipped for comfort: quality sofa bed, full kitchen, modern bathroom, functional desk, large 55" screen and electric shutters. Ideal for 1 or 2 people, close to shops, market, harbour, beaches and transport. Perfect for holidays, work or city breaks.


Space

This charming 25 m² studio, recently renovated with complete insulation, benefits from an optimised layout and high ceilings, offering a beautiful volume! The main living area includes a high-quality Rapido sofa bed with a real mattress, guaranteeing a comfortable night's sleep, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals: Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, microwave, 2-ring hob, knife set, and numerous appliances (traditional oven not included). Two comfortable faux leather stools allow you to enjoy your meals in a convivial atmosphere at the bar. The private bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower, vanity unit, ventilation, mirror with LED lighting, and toilet. Located on the first floor of a small building without a lift, the studio offers an intimate and authentic setting. A proper entrance hall with storage space for shoes and coats completes the space. The studio is also equipped for work and entertainment: desk with storage, adjustable LED lamp, 55-inch flat-screen TV, fibre internet, electric shutters and modern wall-mounted vacuum cleaner. Every detail has been thought out to ensure you have a pleasant, convenient and independent stay, whether for remote working, studying, a business trip or a holiday.


Access

The studio is easily accessible from Toulon train station by bus (about 10 minutes) or by car. It is located 2 minutes from the Toulon-Est motorway, providing quick access to all parts of the city or Hyères. The entrance is directly through the main door of the building. Please note: there is no lift, access is via stairs to the 1st floor. Parking: The accommodation does not have private parking. Street parking is available in the neighbourhood, subject to availability. Other options are available nearby: the Saint-Jean du Var Hospital public car park (1 Av. Georges Bizet, 83100 Toulon) is a few minutes' walk away and offers hourly or daily rates.
