Welcome to my 48m² apartment on the 2nd floor (without a lift) in Maisons-Alfort. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay near Paris! This property is available for 30 days minimum.

Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 48m², located on the 2nd floor (without lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location, combining the calm of the suburbs with easy access to the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table for four people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils and crockery. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 140x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a towel dryer, a mirror and a toilet. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
