And the kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, including an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There are cooking plates and cutlery available for light cooking. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. You can use the terrace/ garden for smoking, but it's strictly forbidden inside the house.
