Ideal for families, the property features a large open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a spacious and comfortable L-shaped sofa, perfect for relaxing, and offers direct access to the outdoor area. The kitchen, modern and featuring an elegant central island, is fully equipped to prepare all daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, it features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and even an air fryer to make your daily life easier. Access to the terrace is conveniently located next to the living room, where you can gather the family to enjoy the fantastic pool with panoramic ocean views or use the barbecue for al fresco dining. The property also benefits from private outdoor parking. The sleeping area has three harmoniously decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom is a stunning suite with a private bathroom with a bathtub. Two of the bedrooms feature direct and privileged ocean views. All rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a TV. All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The two bathrooms, one with a soaking tub and the other with a shower, feature all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
