This self-catering accommodation boasts excellent facilities including a fully equipped kitchen situated in the village of Estrela da Calheta close to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. . The views from the balconies are spectacular. The local sandy beach is a short distance from the apartment. Calheta is the ideal location for families or couples wanting a relaxing holiday. Please note that construction work is occurring near the property, and there may be some daytime noise.

Please note that there is some construction work on the same street. Despite there being no significant sound impact, some noise may still be perceived. Condominium Rules – Important Information for Guests: Quiet hours: Please avoid music and excessive noise that may disturb other residents, particularly before 9:00 am and after 9:30 pm. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the building's common areas, including apartment balconies, as balconies are legally considered common areas for condominium purposes. Swimming pool: The pool is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm only. Please shower before entering and respect other guests. Nudism, topless sunbathing, excessive noise, running, jumping into the pool, and games in or around the pool are not permitted. Pool area: Food, drinks, chewing gum, glass containers, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool or solarium area. Sun loungers and umbrellas cannot be reserved in advance, and only one of each per household may be used. Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult around the pool. The playground is for children under 12 and is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, with adult supervision required. Pets: Animals are not permitted in the common areas of the building. Balconies: Please do not hang clothes over balcony railings or place objects, plants, or other items where they could fall or affect the building's appearance.
