Welcome to my 22 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor (no elevator) in the 4th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 6 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital.
Space
Welcome! Step into this bright and tastefully decorated 22 m² apartment. The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a large single bed, and the dining space includes a table that seats up to three guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including a microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. The mezzanine bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. Please note: the mezzanine is not secured with a safety barrier and is accessed via a steep staircase. It is therefore not recommended for young children, elderly guests, or those with limited mobility. The bathroom includes a sink, a small bathtub, a toilet, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left is for you to enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
