Thoughtfully decorated with a blend of modern touches and cosy comfort, it’s ideal for families, professionals, or small groups. The ground floor offers a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a smart TV, which flows into a separate dining area that’s perfect for sharing meals, working remotely, or simply spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including pots, pans, cutlery, and other essentials. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, a second double bedroom, and a third bedroom with a single bed. There is also a clean and modern family bathroom with a bath and a shower. At the back of the house, a private enclosed yard provides a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh air, sip your morning coffee, or store bikes securely. Guests have full and private access to the entire house throughout their stay. Enter through the front door, conveniently located on the corner of St Oswald Road. You can also access the private backyard directly from the kitchen door, perfect for enjoying outdoor space with ease. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
